Slim Body Sloutions began by a full time Business Owner and mother of 4, who struggled to find the time and consistency to go a gym regularly. Just like most people we all make that New Years resolution to do better, be better, and on average only lasts a few months before we all go back into our old habits and routines of a busy life. So we found a way to incorprate a solution of slimming down your body outside the gym even as we work or do simple daily activities of movement.
